A growing services organization is seeking an Oracle Development Manager in Whippany, New Jersey to lead a team supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions across key business functions. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with team management and cross-functional collaboration in a complex enterprise environment.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite in Whippany, NJ)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Oracle Cloud developers and coordinate day-to-day development activities
- Prioritize, groom, estimate, and execute backlog items in alignment with business needs
- Provide hands-on support for architecture, development, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
- Oversee integrations, data flow, data migration, and related technical solutions across a multi-vendor application landscape
- Partner with business stakeholders and third-party implementation teams to deliver quality solutions and ensure continuity after go-live
Qualifications:
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Applications as a Technical Lead or Application Development Lead
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a Managerial role
- Experience with Oracle HCM, SCM, ERP, CPQ, Order Management, Demand Management, Sales Management, Service Management, or Digital Customer Service
- Hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST, and Oracle Integration Cloud
- Experience with Oracle Cloud deployments and DevOps practices
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Desired Skills:
- Relevant Oracle certifications
