Project Manager IV

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Project Manager IV to join their team in Mountain View, CA. The client is a global technology platform that helps our customers and communities overcome their most important financial challenges. Responsibilities:
* Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule and within budget; Provides project leadership and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation
* Lead projects from concept and detailed design, analyzing tradeoffs and alignment with stakeholders and partners; Lead team in interviewing and hiring all major team vendors - architects, contractors, consultants
* Align with the client project delivery process and governance with check-ins and alignment
* Drive projects and all design, construction, budgets, schedules, scopes and experience focus with cost benefit analyses and tradeoffs for best practice and results holistically
* Lead and deliver capital projects across the USA and globally, ensuring exceptional user experiences
* Define project requirements, including scope, budget, and schedule, during the front-end planning process
* Collaborate with the client's design team and external consultants to lead the design process
* Oversee and manage external project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
* Lead all phases of projects, end to end, from initiation and design to construction, FF&E, occupancy, and closeout
* Prepare and analyze project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts; Develop and analyze project schedules, including procurement lead times and activity relationships; Maintain accurate project status reports and updates, and ensure adherence to workplace procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Civil/Architectural Engineering preferred
* 10+ years of progressive experience in design, construction, and/or project management, including interior improvements and major capital projects; Corporate technology office campus experience is a plus
* Experience working with user groups, stakeholders, jurisdictions and city planning
* Familiarity with Smartsheets, Bluebeam, construction management tools (Procore/EBuilder) are a plus
* Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and manage end-to-end capital projects

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
