Position Overview

A leading organization is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise-level business and application transformation initiatives. This role will focus on driving process improvement across HR, Finance, and Workflow systems while serving as a Process Lead on transformational projects. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, change leadership experience, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and support the implementation of HR, Finance, and Workflow systems.

• Apply structured process improvement methodologies and serve as the Process Lead on business and application transformation projects.

• Analyze current processes to identify root causes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.

• Define and implement process and technology solutions to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and shorten cycle times.

• Lead process improvement initiatives to completion within defined timelines while achieving targeted cost-reduction and performance goals.

• Secure alignment and buy-in from key decision makers to ensure successful adoption of performance improvement initiatives.

• Partner with business stakeholders, technology solution leads, and cross-functional teams to drive project success.

• Collaborate with finance and business leaders to assess, track, and report financial benefits from process improvement initiatives.

• Provide leadership with regular project status updates, metrics, and executive-level reporting.

Additional Responsibilities

• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coach and consult project teams, managers, and senior leaders on change and process improvement practices.

• Support organizational design efforts, including role and responsibility definition.

• Evaluate user readiness and support change adoption activities.

• Define success metrics, monitor change progress, and ensure sustained improvements.

• Manage stakeholder communications and engagement across all levels of the organization.

• Experience working with multiple process improvement methodologies and frameworks.

• Proven success delivering measurable process improvement and transformation initiatives.

• Ability to design and implement a tailored process improvement framework for organizational needs.

• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and critical thinking skills.

• Highly organized with strong planning, strategy, and execution capabilities.

Certification & Experience Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt (Required)

• Black Belt with 3 4 years of experience facilitating business process improvement initiatives OR

• Green Belt with 15+ years of experience driving successful enterprise transformation initiatives may be considered
