Senior Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst.

Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive cross-functional operational excellence across HR, Finance, and Workflow portfolios. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, leading process redesign, and supporting transformational initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.

What You'll Do:
* Lead process improvement initiatives using structured methodologies and best-practice frameworks
* Gather business requirements and support system enhancements across multiple portfolios
* Facilitate workshops, root-cause analysis, and process mapping to identify pain points and opportunities
* Partner with stakeholders, leaders, and technology teams to ensure alignment and adoption
* Track, measure, and report on project outcomes, readiness, risks, and financial impact
* Coach teams and leaders through organizational change and process transformation

REQUIREMENTS:
* Green Belt with 15+ years of relevant transformation experience may be considered
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (required); Master Black Belt preferred
* Proven experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
* Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and influence across all levels of the organization
* Experience supporting large-scale change and working in complex business environments
* Familiarity with project management practices and lifecycle methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
