Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) – Rates & Billing Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CC&B Rates & Billing Consultant to design, configure, and support utility billing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in rate configuration, billing processes, and Oracle Utilities applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain rate schedules, rate versions, and rate components
Design and implement billing rules, pricing, and calculation logic
Support end-to-end billing lifecycle (meter read → bill generation)
Perform rate testing, bill validation, and troubleshooting
Work closely with business teams to gather and translate requirements
Support production issues, enhancements, and rate changes

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Oracle CC&B (Rates & Billing modules)
Expertise in rate configuration, SQ rules, and algorithms
Knowledge of utility billing concepts (TOU, tiered rates, demand billing)
Experience with bill segments, rate versions, and pricing structures
Good understanding of SQL and data analysis

Preferred:

Experience in Oracle Utilities (CC&B/CCS/MDM)
Prior utility domain experience (Electric, Gas, or Water)
