Salesforce Marketing cloud Developer

Required Skills
• 8–10 years of hands-on SFMC experience across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio (SMS and push), and Contact Builder
• Strong SQL for audience segmentation and data manipulation (Query Studio)
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript for dynamic content and CloudPages development
• Data Extension architecture, data ingestion (file drops, vendor feeds, daily automations), and data hygiene/governance
• REST and SOAP API integrations for real-time and event-triggered communications
• Marketing Cloud Connect setup and administration (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud sync)
• Preference center and consent management across multiple opt-in categories (promotional, transactional, wellness, SMS)
• Campaign performance reporting and journey goal tracking (Intelligence Reports, native dashboards)
• Certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Developer
Preferred Skills
• Healthcare payer domain experience (member data, claims-adjacent workflows, Facets exposure)
• Medicare marketing experience (AEP/OEP cycles, CMS communication guidelines)
• Einstein for Marketing Cloud (Send Time Optimization, Engagement Scoring, personalization)
• Salesforce Data Cloud exposure (segmentation, identity resolution, calculated insights)
• Third-party SMS vendor integrations (e.g., Relay)
• Multi-Business Unit environments and Package Manager deployments
• Google Analytics integration for campaign insights
