We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (PMO-focused) to support a high-impact, cross-functional team
responsible for telemetry-driven insights within a large-scale data center environment.
This team operates at theintersection of engineering, data science, and operations, delivering proactive detection capabilities that improve reliability and operational excellence across infrastructure systems.
This is a highly operational role focused on Rhythm of Business (ROB), program coordination, and stakeholder alignment rather than deep technical execution. The ideal candidate excels at building structure, maintaining cadence, and driving visibility across

  • Drive Rhythm of Business (ROB), including recurring meetings, reporting cycles, and stakeholder communications
  • Manage and maintain program tracking through Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar Agile tools
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are on track and blockers are resolved
  • Own program reporting, including progress updates, incident summaries, and executive-level insights
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and leadership to ensure clear communication of priorities and outcomes
  • Maintain alignment across multiple workstreams, ensuring priorities, timelines, and expectations are clearly understood
  • Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and gaps, and drive resolution
  • Support preparation for leadership reviews and key stakeholder meetings
  • Foster accountability, consistency, and team morale in a fast-paced environment
  • Continuously improve PMO processes, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Program/Project Management experience, with a strong focus on PMO leadership and structured execution
  • 7+ years of experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar Agile tools, including backlog management and reporting
  • Experience supporting or managing electrical or mechanical engineering-focused programs/projects, enabling rapid understanding of technical context

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in large enterprise or global technology environments
  • Familiarity with data center operations, infrastructure programs, or telemetry-driven systems
  • Exposure to data/analytics workflows and reporting
  • Experience preparing materials for executive-level reviews and stakeholder presentations

Key Traits for Success
  • Highly organized and comfortable driving structured, repeatable processes
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage both technical teams and leadership
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive alignment
  • Skilled at influencing without direct authority ("managing out")
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity
  • Balanced focus on detail execution and broader business impacts impact
