Delviom is seeking a driven and sales-focused Capture Analyst to support and grow our federal contracting pipeline. This role blends market research, back-office capture support, and frontline relationship-building. You’ll work closely with the VP of BD & Growth to identify opportunities, initiate early customer conversations, and represent Delviom across industry events.

 Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage the federal opportunities pipeline from identification through early capture stages
• Track opportunities, customer intelligence, and capture activities
• Provide capture-related back-office support including research, documentation, and coordination
• Assist in developing capture strategies, win themes, and customer profiles
• Conduct market and customer research across federal agencies
• Analyze RFIs, market trends, and competitive landscapes
• Maintain strong understanding of federal contracting processes and GovCon ecosystem
• Initiate first-level discussions with potential customers and partners
• Coordinate closely with the VP of BD & Growth on follow-ups, meetings, and strategy
• Support proposal readiness and pre-RFP activities
• Attend industry days, conferences, and networking events
• Represent and present Delviom at events in a professional and compelling manner
• Build and maintain a strong network of government and industry contacts
• Maintain a sales-oriented mindset with focus on relationship building
• Actively develop and nurture contacts to support long-term pipeline growth

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Federal contracting and GovCon environment
• Experience supporting capture management or business development
• Research-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work closely with leadership in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in federal BD, capture, or sales support roles
• Experience attending and representing companies at GovCon industry events
• Familiarity with CRM or pipeline management tools
