Pay Range: $33 - $35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop clear, well-structured documentation such as process flows, business requirements, and operational guidelines
- Conduct research and ongoing monitoring to support data accuracy and operational effectiveness
- Translate business needs into actionable recommendations supported by data and analysis
- Present findings, documentation, and recommendations to leadership and project stakeholders
- Support implementation of new or improved processes, including change documentation and communication
- Build strong working relationships across functional teams to understand business needs and solve complex problems
- Manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and quality standards
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills:-4-6 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, or data analysis
- Prior experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
- Experience with healthcare claims, provider data, benefits configuration, or reimbursement methodologies
- Prior experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry (managed care preferred)
- Proven experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with healthcare claims, provider data, benefits configuration, or reimbursement methodologies
- Familiarity with managed care environments, Medicaid/Medicare operations, or healthcare data systems
- Experience supporting projects with strong technology or data component
- Consistently meet or exceed project deadlines
- Deliver accurate, well-written, and standardized documentation
- Demonstrate strong critical-thinking skills beyond task execution
- Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree
