Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Quadient Inspire Engineer with a strong software engineering background and deep expertise in CCM platforms.

You will design and deliver data-driven, compliant, and scalable customer communications including documents, emails, reports, and other outbound communications across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop enterprise-grade CCM solutions using Quadient Inspire
• Build multi-channel communications (print, email, digital, reports)
• Develop outputs in PDF, AFP, and other formats
• Ensure ADA/WCAG compliance and accessibility standards
• Work with Quadient modules:
  • Inspire Designer
  • Inspire Automation / Scalar
  • Inspire Interactive
  • Content Manager
  • Approve Workflow
• Integrate systems using REST & SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with business & IT teams on requirements and delivery strategy
• Troubleshoot production issues (data, rendering, formatting, performance)
• Participate in SDLC lifecycle (design, testing, release, documentation)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT / Software Engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Quadient Inspire (production environment)
• Strong experience in end-to-end document generation (not just templates)
• Experience with data-driven document composition
• Programming skills in Groovy / JavaScript / Python
• Experience with enterprise SDLC, QA, and release processes
• Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience)

Must-Have (Preferred)

• Quadient Inspire Certifications:
  • Inspire Designer
  • Inspire Scalar
  • Inspire Interactive

Nice to Have / Preferred

• Experience in high-volume customer communications environments
• Background in Insurance / Healthcare / Financial Services (CCM-heavy domains)
• Strong API integration experience (REST/SOAP)
• Knowledge of ADA / WCAG compliance
• Experience with multi-channel delivery (print, email, digital)
• SQL skills for data validation and querying
• Exposure to cloud / SaaS / platform modernization projects
