Summary

Senior Quadient Inspire Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Quadient Inspire Engineer with a strong software engineering background to support enterprise Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. This role focuses on end-to-end communication generation and orchestration across multi-channel outputs not just template design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale CCM solutions using Quadient Inspire.
  • Build and manage multi-channel communications including print, email, and digital outputs.
  • Generate outputs in formats such as PDF and AFP.
  • Ensure communications meet ADA/WCAG accessibility and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Develop reusable, data-driven components using Inspire Designer, Scalar, Interactive, Content Manager, and Approve Workflow.
  • Integrate with upstream/downstream systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues related to data, formatting, performance, and rendering.
  • Participate in SDLC activities including design, testing, releases, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Quadient Inspire Certifications: Designer, Scalar, and Interactive (mandatory).
  • 10+ years of IT/software engineering experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on Quadient Inspire experience in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience building end-to-end document generation solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of data-driven document composition.
  • Programming experience in Groovy, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Experience working in structured SDLC environments.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high-volume, customer-facing communications.
  • Background in regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, financial services).
  • Experience with CCM platforms and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of ADA/WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Experience with multi-channel delivery (print, email, digital).
  • SQL skills and data validation experience.
  • Exposure to cloud or platform modernization initiatives.
