We re seeking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our expanding North American team. This is a high-impact role for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of driving new business within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
What You ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and close.
- Develop and execute a territory plan, including prospect research, outreach, and pipeline management.
- Engage with IT and business leaders to understand their challenges and present tailored SaaS solutions that address their needs.
- Deliver impactful presentations and product demos, highlighting the business value of our AI-driven platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitors to position our platform effectively.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth within your region.
Qualifications
- 3 5 years of experience in SaaS / B2B software sales with a proven record of achieving or exceeding quotas.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, ideally within a 60 120-day average deal cycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills you can simplify complex technology and inspire confidence.
- Strong negotiation abilities, comfortable working with IT, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, or ZoomInfo.
- Background in IT or technology-related sales is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
