Summary

Description:
Our client is seeking a Field Support Analyst to provide onsite IT support at its Los Angeles location. This role is highly customer-facing and focused on delivering exceptional end-user support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Responsibilities include:
Providing Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for hardware and software issues
Supporting a wide range of end users within the office building
Responding to and resolving tickets through a ticketing system within SLA timelines
Troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook
Managing user accounts and access via Active Directory
Supporting device management through Microsoft Intune
Performing remote and onsite troubleshooting
Maintaining office technology and ensuring operational readiness
Delivering high-quality customer service in a front-facing support role

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
