We have an urgent need for a Maximo Technology Architect for a hybrid opportunity based in Seattle, WA / Miami, FL / Richardson, TX, with occasional client travel. This role is ideal for professionals who specialize in enterprise asset management solutions and are passionate about driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level IBM Maximo solutions, supporting Global Real Estate & Facilities operations. You will be responsible for defining end-to-end architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance across systems. The position involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, driving architectural decisions across Maximo MAS9, cloud platforms, and integrations. You will also guide development teams, ensure compliance with enterprise standards, and support deployments across cloud environments such as Azure and AWS while maintaining system reliability and performance.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IBM Maximo MAS9, along with experience in Red Hat OpenShift and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. A solid background in enterprise architecture and solution design is essential. Experience in Global Real Estate & Facilities or the aerospace domain, along with knowledge of asset and facilities management systems, will be an added advantage. Certifications in IBM Maximo (MAS) and hyperscaler platforms are preferred.
