Agentic AI And Telecom Billing Transformation

• We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead Agentic AI initiatives and telecom billing transformation programs.
• The role involves end-to-end ownership of AI strategy, architecture design, governance, and stakeholder management within telecom BSS and OSS environments.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning development with strong Python-based solution delivery.
• Deep domain expertise in telecom BSS and OSS across fixed, mobile, IoT, and converged services.
• Strong experience in designing end-to-end BSS solutions across sales, marketing, product, finance, and customer care.
• Hands-on experience with telecom BSS and OSS platforms.
• Solid understanding of telecom standards and processes.
• Experience with 5G architecture and core concepts including network slicing and service enablement.

Experience:

• Experience in leading AI strategy and program ownership.
• Experience in architecture and solution design for AI-driven systems.
• Experience in AI governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Experience in leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agentic AI strategy and program ownership initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable AI and telecom billing transformation solutions.
• Define and enforce AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Provide leadership and direction across technical and business teams.

Should Have:

• Experience with cloud-based AI and MLOps platforms.
• Knowledge of data engineering and visualization tools.
