The ideal candidate has experience in infrastructure or enterprise technology environments and understands how security initiatives affect operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document current-state processes related to infrastructure and security initiatives.

  • Support the development of target-state process flows, standard operating procedures, intake models, and governance routines.
  • Help coordinate process improvements tied to security efforts such as vulnerability remediation, patching governance, and exception management.
  • Facilitate working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and validate workflows.
  • Develop clear documentation including process maps, RACI models, requirements, and action trackers.
  • Track action items, process milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams.
  • Support reporting and status communication for leadership and program stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve consistency, accountability, and operational adoption.
  • Assist with implementation planning to ensure new or revised processes are practical for infrastructure teams to execute.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, Program Analyst, or related role in enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience working with infrastructure organizations, such as server, network, cloud, storage, platform, or operations teams.
  • Experience supporting security, risk, compliance, or remediation-related initiatives in a technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to document and improve operational processes across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience creating process documentation, workflow diagrams, procedures, and governance artifacts.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on action items.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, ServiceNow, or SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in large, regulated enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure security concepts such as vulnerability management, patch lifecycle processes, and asset ownership.
  • Experience supporting technology transformation, governance, or control-related initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, hybrid delivery models, or structured program governance practices.
  • Ability to translate technical operational issues into process improvements and executive-ready reporting.
