Summary

Job Description
  • ECM Program Focus
    Provide operational support to the ECM Program Manager, including:
    o Coordinating periodic meetings with the core ECM Program team
    o Supporting cross-platform ECM enablement efforts (e.g., SharePoint, Box, OnBase, DocuSign)
    o Planning and coordinating the launch of an ECM Community of Practice to complement the ECM user groups
  • Help align ECM-related training and guidance with broader AI enablement efforts where applicable.
    Assist with content organization and updates to ECM-related SharePoint or collaboration spaces.
     
AI Program Focus
  • Create and curate AI training curriculum and learning assets for, with emphasis on:
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Google Gemini
  • Other AI-enabled, enterprise-approved productivity platforms
  • Assist with identifying and organizing training topics, learning paths, and practical use cases aligned to business productivity and governance guidance
  • Review, coordinate, and maintain updates to the AI Program SharePoint site, ensuring content remains current, clear, and accessible
  • Support AI communications and awareness activities as requested by AI Program leadership
 
Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.  Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
