Job Overview:

We are looking for M365 Security Engineers to support initiatives around Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access policies, MFA/SSO implementation, and Active Directory (AD) cleanup. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience in identity and access management within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize Conditional Access Policies in Microsoft Entra ID
Configure and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
Perform Active Directory (AD) cleanup, including user/group audits, stale account removal, and OU restructuring
Strengthen identity security posture using best practices and Zero Trust principles
Troubleshoot authentication, access, and policy-related issues
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams for seamless integration
Document configurations, processes, and security controls

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Security & Identity
Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Proven experience with Conditional Access Policies
Experience implementing MFA and SSO (SAML/OAuth/OIDC)
Solid knowledge of Active Directory (AD) administration and cleanup activities
Understanding of the Zero Trust security model
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
