Business Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Business Project Manager in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end program planning and execution, integrating all workstreams into a single, cohesive roadmap
* Develop and manage program and workstream project plans, aligning dependencies, timelines, and deliverables
* Drive execution across strategy, go-to-market, marketing, communications, training, rollout, change management, and support
* Lead and coordinate matrixed, cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and alignment to program goals
* Partner with workstream leads and the Enterprise Technology Project Manager to align strategy, roles, and resources
* Lead sales, marketing, communications, and training strategies to ensure consistent messaging and user readiness
* Develop and execute communication and change management plans to drive adoption and minimize disruption
* Identify impacted stakeholders and ensure readiness across sales, operations, and customer-facing teams
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, governance forums, and executive updates
* Drive delivery excellence by monitoring progress, managing risks, and resolving dependencies
* Integrate status, risks, issues, and reporting into a comprehensive program view and monitor SOW adherence

REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BS in Business or equivalent experience
* 8-10 years of program and project leadership experience
* Experience leading large, complex initiatives and matrixed teams
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
* Strategic mindset spanning business strategy through execution
* Strong organizational, risk management, and business/technical acumen (SDLC, Agile)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
