Set expectations that they are part of Agile team on which we need them to embrace self-management and self-organization in terms of their iteration commitments, capacity planning, capacity allocation, etc.
Job Summary:
The Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring business needs are accurately captured, analyzed, prioritized, and translated into actionable requirements. This role collaborates closely with Product Owners, Agility Coaches, Developers, Architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Conduct requirements elicitation workshops, interviews, and process discovery sessions.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, business requirements, and functional specifications.
Develop workflow diagrams, process maps, data flow diagrams, and business models.
Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Support solution design and validate that proposed solutions meet business needs.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business sign-off activities.
