Summary

A client of ours in the IT Services and Digital Transformation space is looking to bring on a Software Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern, cloud-native systems across enterprise environments. This is a highly visible role focused specifically on AWS-based architecture, modern backend development, and scalable platform engineering.

You'll be sitting 3 days a week in their Atlanta office, working closely with senior engineering leadership and client stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing-
Designing and owning AWS-native architectures for large-scale, distributed systems

Leading backend design initiatives using Java and Golang across microservices environments

Architecting and guiding Kubernetes-based container orchestration strategies

Driving CI/CD pipeline maturity and automation best practices

Implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to support scalable, repeatable cloud deployments

Providing technical direction, code-level guidance, and architectural governance across engineering teams

Must Haves-
Deep experience architecting solutions within AWS

Strong hands-on background in Java and Golang development

Proven experience designing and operating Kubernetes environments

Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines

Expertise with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code

Strong understanding of microservices architecture, scalability, and system reliability

Ability to lead technical conversations with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders

The Offer-
Compensation ranging from $160,000-$185,000 + bonus potential

3 days onsite in their Atlanta office
