Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x/6.x), EMS, and API/Web Services development.
  • Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions between multiple applications and platforms.
  • Experience in SOAP/REST services, XML, XSLT, JMS, and messaging frameworks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, deployment processes, and integration best practices.
  • Preferred Skills: TIBCO EMS, Oracle/SQL, API integration, production support, and banking/domain experience.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

  • Strong communication skills and experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
