TIBCO BW Software Engineer

·         We are seeking an expert TIBCO BW Software Engineer to support critical integration modernization efforts. In this role, you will perform deep hands-on analysis of production applications hosted on TIBCO BW and review implementations across lower environments. You will collaborate directly with engineering teams during architectural brainstorming sessions to help refactor and rewrite legacy TIBCO workflows into modern Java Spring Boot and MuleSoft solutions.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Configure and troubleshoot complex TIBCO BusinessWorks process flows and adapters.

·         Analyze messaging patterns using TIBCO EMS, including queues, topics, and durable subscribers.

·         Execute accurate data mapping and schema transformations between source and target systems.

·         Apply basic scripting knowledge to troubleshoot TIBCO Spotfire expressions and BW process logic.

·         Validate data outputs across integrated systems and message flows to ensure operational fidelity.

·         Debug and troubleshoot TIBCO processes through root-cause analysis until target outputs are achieved.
