We are looking for an experienced SAP ALM / SAP EAM Functional Lead to support SAP-based Asset Lifecycle Management and Maintenance operations for AGV-enabled warehouse environments. The role involves implementing and supporting SAP ECC solutions aligned with future S/4HANA integration.

<>Required Skills

10+ years of SAP ALM / SAP EAM (PM) experience
Strong hands-on experience with:
- SAP PM / EAM
- Equipment & Asset Master Data
- Maintenance Orders
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Spare Parts / MRO Management
- Maintenance Planning & Service History
Experience with:
- Warehouse operations
- AGVs, conveyors, or industrial automation equipment
- SAP ECC and S/4HANA compatibility
Ability to lead functional design, testing, UAT, training, go-live, and hypercare support
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to provide onsite support during deployment and stabilization

<>Preferred

Domain experience in MRO / Industrial Maintenance
Experience working with third-party warehouse operators
