A services organization is seeking an AI Process Architect to join their team in Parsippany, New Jersey who can bridge business analysis, product thinking, and AI solution design. This role will focus on evaluating workflows, translating business needs into AI-enabled process recommendations, and partnering with stakeholders and developers to shape future-state solutions.
About the Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders and operational teams to understand workflows, pain points, and strategic goals.
Assess existing processes for suitability for generative AI or agentic workflow integration.
Design future-state AI-enabled workflows, including human-in-the-loop touchpoints and data flow considerations.
Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation, user stories, and solution recommendations.
Define success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented AI workflows.
Qualifications:
Background in business analysis and product management.
Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows.
Experience with process mapping and modeling tools such as Lucidchart or Visio.
Experience drafting, testing, and refining prompts for AI use cases.
Proficiency with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and technical documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
