Role Summary
· Hands-on Technical Lead responsible for designing, building, and scaling Adobe-based marketing and personalization solutions. Drives real-time data activation, platform integration, and engineering excellence across digital channels. Key
Responsibilities
· Lead architecture and implementation across Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, Target).
· Design and build real-time personalization and journey orchestration solutions.
· Own data architecture, schema design, and integrations (API, streaming, batch)
· Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant implementations.
· Provide hands-on guidance to engineering teams and review code/design
· Partner with product, data, and business teams for solution delivery Required Experience.
· 7+ years in MarTech engineering/architecture.
· Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform & ecosystem.
· Experience with APIs, data pipelines, automation, and cloud (AWS preferred)
· Knowledge of personalization, CDP, and campaign orchestration.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills
