Job Description:

Position Summary:
We are looking for a client-facing Project Manager to lead healthcare and benefits implementation projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing client relationships, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Project Management:

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across business, technical, testing, and operational teams.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Support project governance, reporting, and escalation management.

Team Coordination:

• Work closely with client teams, business users, vendors, and internal delivery teams.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication across project workstreams.
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing client-facing implementation projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in healthcare, benefits administration, Medicaid, or related domains preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
