Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Service- Serve as a primary liaison for end users, addressing technical concerns, communicating updates, and ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring users receive professional and efficient support.
Proactive End-User Computing (EUC) Management- Ensure all required IT tools, hardware, software, and services are provisioned for new users in a timely manner.
- Manage assigned IT projects from initiation through completion, including follow-up and analysis.
- Deliver onboarding training sessions for new users and provide ongoing follow-up support.
- Develop, update, and improve EUC documentation, guides, and training materials.
- Provide training and support for the use of computers, software applications, peripherals, and other end-user technologies.
Incident & Service Request Management- Log, track, and document incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system.
- Prioritize and organize all incoming support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing temporary or permanent solutions.
- Escalate incidents to appropriate technical teams when necessary.
- Support deployment and use of corporate-approved applications and tools, including operating systems, productivity suites, collaboration tools, encryption, and security software.
Asset & Systems Management- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, peripherals, and related hardware.
- Research, recommend, and assist with planning for system upgrades and equipment refreshes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory records.
- Ensure endpoint devices meet patching and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with hardware and software vendors to resolve equipment issues.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in accordance with security policies.
- Test and evaluate new end-user technologies to ensure compatibility with IT standards.
Additional Responsibilities- Prepare, analyze, and maintain moderately complex technical or operational reports.
- Perform other duties as needed to support IT operations while adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
