• 4+ years of experience in an IT Support or End User Computing role
• Office 365 and Exchange troubleshooting and support
• VPN connectivity support and experience working in MFA environments
• White-glove support for users at all levels
• Active Directory user account administration and security access management
• PowerShell scripting for basic automation and administration
• Mobile device support (iOS and Android)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user computing support, ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues
• Manage service requests and incidents by accurately logging, prioritizing, and resolving tickets through a service desk platform
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement temporary or permanent fixes to restore service efficiently
• Support onboarding by provisioning hardware, software, and system access for new users
• Deliver end-user training and guidance on IT tools, systems, and best practices
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software assets

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
