The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing product lifecycles, from ideation to launch, and will be instrumental in driving product strategy and execution.Responsibilities:Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements.Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback and business needs.Utilize Adobe tools and platforms to enhance product offerings and user experience.Monitor product performance and iterate based on analytics and user feedback.Lead product launch initiatives and ensure successful go-to-market strategies.Mandatory Skills:Extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe products and tools.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Skills:Experience in Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.Understanding of data analytics and performance metrics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.10-15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital products.Demonstrated success in launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment.
