We are looking for candidates who can work o our W2.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development using Python and hands-on experience with modern containerization and cloud-native technologies. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications in a containerized environment.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Python development for building scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Experience developing front-end components or integrations using React.
  • Experience with Docker for containerization and building containerized applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with version control systems such as Git.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and performance optimization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python.
  • Build and integrate front-end components using React where required.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them to Kubernetes environments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

 

Experience:
5+ years of software development experience with strong Python expertise.
