Job Title: Senior Oracle Developer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15222 (Local candidates preferred / Open to relocation at candidate s expense)

Employment Type: Long-Term Contract (W2 Only)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Developer to join a large Agile/Scrum team supporting critical banking applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle database development and experience working with large-scale data systems in the banking or financial domain.

Team Environment:

Agile/Scrum methodology
Team size: 25 30 members
Collaborative, fast-paced development environment

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical design and development of software solutions
Design and implement solutions for complex business requirements
Prepare technical and procedural documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Review coding, testing, and documentation standards
Apply modern development practices to enhance business capabilities

Required Skills:

Expert-level experience in Oracle Database Development (PL/SQL)
Strong experience in performance tuning of Oracle queries
Extensive experience with large-scale database design and programming
Strong knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
Experience in banking or financial industry applications (regulatory systems preferred)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Teradata or other databases
Familiarity with DevOps tools
Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica)
Knowledge of Python and Shell scripting

Soft Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
Ability to lead problem-solving efforts and support team members

Additional Requirements:

Candidates must be local to Pittsburgh or willing to relocate at their own expense
Some one who can work on W2 without sponsorship and Only W2 candidates will be considered
