Pay Range: $80 - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies for a consumer AI/technology product.
- Drive user acquisition, product adoption, engagement, and retention across the customer lifecycle.
- Plan and execute integrated digital and performance marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels.
- Partner closely with Product, Creative, Media, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to market.
- Translate AI product capabilities and consumer insights into compelling marketing campaigns and messaging.
- Analyze campaign and user data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
- Support A/B testing, experimentation, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- Monitor key growth metrics including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and ROI.
- Manage campaign briefs, creative development, launches, timelines, and performance reporting.
- Stay current on AI/GenAI trends, consumer behavior, emerging marketing channels, and competitive products.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Experience in Growth Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Performance Marketing, or User Acquisition.
- Strong B2C / consumer technology marketing background.
- Experience marketing AI, mobile apps, SaaS, consumer platforms, or digital products is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, experimentation, and marketing analytics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional technology environment.
- Data-driven marketer who can combine creative thinking with analytical rigor.
