Summary

Requirements

8 or more years of experience in ERP implementation and technical project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and Dynamics GP platforms.
Experience in managing complex GP to BC migrations and ERP stabilization efforts.
Experience with technical data migration, system testing, and validation cycles.
Experience in go-live readiness assessments and technical risk mitigation.
Experience with functional gap resolution and cloud ERP integration challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive the final execution phase of Business Central implementations and migrations.
Conduct go-live readiness assessments across business processes and data layers.
Oversee technical data migration, system testing, and validation activities.
Validate project timelines and deliverables against critical go-live milestones.
Resolve complex functional gaps and technical integration challenges during cutover.
Coordinate technical workstreams between Finance, IT, and external implementation vendors.
Deliver executive-level status updates on project health and technical risks.
