Apply the ADDIE instructional design model.
Analyze content and design effective learning solutions.
Develop e-learning courses, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and job aids.
Use standard templates and follow established guidelines, procedures, and quality standards.
Manage timelines, report progress, and escalate issues when needed.
Collaborate effectively with team members using communication and collaboration tools.
