We're Hiring on behalf of our client for a Data Analyst (Oracle PL/SQL)
Location: Hybrid onsite in Brea, CA (Only local candidates will be considered)
Compensation: 95,000 to 115,000 annual salary (DOE)
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Data Analyst to support Data Warehouse and reporting environment. You'll ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting issues, and partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT to deliver insights that guide business decisions.

What You'll Do
- Support daily operations of the Data Warehouse and reporting tools
- Build and validate standard and ad hoc reports
- Perform data imports, validation, and reconciliation across systems
- Monitor ETL processes and help identify and fix data issues
- Document data definitions and reporting specifications
- Develop automation for recurring reports
- Partner with business users to translate needs into dashboards or data models
- Investigate data discrepancies and drive root cause analysis
- Assist with system upgrades, data migrations, and analytics tool implementations

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or DWH/reporting with strong PL/SQL and Excel skills
- Experience with reporting tools (Oracle APEX, Hyperion a plus to have)
- Understanding of ETL concepts, data warehouse structures, and relational databases
- Clear communication, problem solving strengths, and attention to detail
Nice to Have: manufacturing/ERP experience, cloud analytics exposure, knowledge of data governance, experience with AI assisted analytics tools.
