We are looking for a skilled Presentation Specialist to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will focus on creating and enhancing PowerPoint presentations, emphasizing complex financial chart creation and ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional design expertise with advanced technical skills to deliver high-quality visual content.
Responsibilities:
Design and format PowerPoint presentations, ensuring brand standards and accuracy are maintained.
Develop complex financial charts, such as waterfall, scatterplot, and mekko charts, using PowerPoint and Excel.
Manipulate large datasets in Excel to create visually compelling and accurate charts.
Utilize Adobe Illustrator to craft logos, infographics, and vector graphics.
Edit and enhance images using Photoshop to build composite visuals.
Collaborate with clients and team members to gather requirements and deliver meticulous presentation solutions.
Maintain attention to detail by proofreading and ensuring presentations meet high-quality standards.
Handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Format documents in Microsoft Word as required to support presentation needs.
Apply knowledge of Adobe InDesign and video editing tools like Adobe Premiere as needed.
Requirements
A 4-year degree or equivalent work experience in creating complex financial charts.
Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint with a portfolio showcasing advanced presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to manipulate large datasets and create sophisticated charts.
Strong graphic design background with advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience with page layout tools such as Adobe InDesign and video editing software like Adobe Premiere is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a quiet and focused workspace.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
High attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
