TEKsystems is seeking two Golang Engineers to support a growing integration and backend engineering function for one of our large customers.
**Candidates must be willing to interview onsite at a local TEKsystems office, or at the client's locations in IL or OH**

-AI experience (any AI is acceptable and highly valued)
-UI development experience, ideally with:
--Strong HTML/CSS fundamentals
--Angular preferred, but not required
-Java experience
-Experience working across multiple technologies outside of a single stack
Role & Responsibilities:
Backend & Integration Engineering
-Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang to support enterprise-scale integrations
-Build secure, scalable APIs and services that orchestrate data across internal and third-party systems
-Transform, map, and route data to downstream business platforms with a focus on performance and reliability
Database Development (MS SQL / T-SQL)
-Develop and maintain complex T-SQL logic, including stored procedures, triggers, views, and materialized views
-Support and enhance business-critical SQL components that drive core operational workflows
-Optimize SQL performance and ensure data accuracy within production environments
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Akron, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
