Functional o9 Lead Production Support / Hypercare

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Functional o9 Lead to lead production go-live support, stabilization, hypercare, ongoing production support, and enhancements for the o9 Digital Brain platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on functional experience with o9 Digital Brain, deep knowledge of supply chain planning, and experience supporting enterprise integrations, particularly MuleSoft. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, integration teams, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead o9 go-live, stabilization, and post-production hypercare activities.
- Serve as the primary functional owner for o9 production support and enhancements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable o9 functional solutions.
- Manage production incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancement requests.
- Prioritize issues based on business impact, urgency, and operational risk.
- Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent resolution of recurring issues.
- Own the enhancement lifecycle from requirements through functional design, testing, deployment, and validation.
- Support demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP/IBP, and scenario planning.
- Validate business processes and data movement between o9 and connected enterprise applications.
- Partner with integration teams to support MuleSoft interfaces.
- Troubleshoot API failures, data synchronization issues, integration errors, and interface dependencies.
- Coordinate with upstream and downstream application teams.
- Develop functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, support documentation, and user guides.
- Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT activities.
- Coordinate production releases and post-deployment validation.
- Provide training, knowledge transfer, and guidance to business and support teams.
- Establish support procedures, escalation paths, SLAs, and operational best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve o9 performance, automation, user adoption, and supply chain planning effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on functional experience with o9 Digital Brain.
- Experience leading o9 implementation, go-live, stabilization, and hypercare.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
- Experience with production support, incident management, service requests, and enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of o9 functional configuration and planning workflows.
- Experience with MuleSoft or comparable middleware/integration platforms.
- Understanding of REST APIs, web services, file-based integrations, and data exchange.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional, data, and integration issues.
- Experience creating functional design documents, process flows, test plans, and user stories.
- Strong experience with SIT, regression testing, and UAT.
- Strong ownership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Large-scale enterprise o9 experience.
- Demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, S&OP/IBP, and scenario planning.
- o9 integrations with ERP, data warehouse, OMS, procurement, or supply chain systems.
- Jira, ServiceNow, Agile delivery, or similar tools.
- Production release management experience.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Previous experience as an o9 Functional Lead, Solution Lead, or Production Support Lead.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior o9 functional professional who can immediately take ownership of go-live/hypercare, stabilize the production environment, manage incidents and enhancements, and drive issues through complete resolution across business, functional, technical, data, and integration teams.
