Responsibilities:
10+ years of experience building enterprise web applications.
Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, Co-pilot, and Power Platform architecture.
Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps (CI/CD), and C#/.NET.
Proven experience developing and deploying AI models and algorithms.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Experience working in Agile/iterative development environments.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using Microsoft technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to define AI requirements and solution architecture.
Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on Microsoft Azure using AI Builder and Copilot with Dynamics 365.
Develop and deploy machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, and related Azure AI tools.
Optimize AI models and algorithms for performance and scalability.
Perform testing and validation to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
Document AI solutions and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Evaluate AI technologies including LLMs, embeddings, RAG architectures, and orchestration patterns.
Implement AI platform enhancements such as fine-tuning or custom ML model training.
Desired Skills:
Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
Understanding of basic machine learning concepts.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns.
Experience with functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
Ability to interact directly with business users and stakeholders at all levels.
