RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a Scrum Master in Houston, TX. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 remote.
Summary:
Our client needs a hands-on Scrum Master to support delivery execution, visibility, and problem-solving. This is not an agile coach role-the focus is on practical delivery support.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor team progress using DevOps dashboards and delivery metrics
* Pull, analyze, and present delivery data
* Identify bottlenecks, risks, and impediments
* Actively remove or escalate roadblocks
* Support task tracking, prioritization, and accountability
* Serve as a right-hand partner to leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 3 years of combined technology development experience in a Scrum Master, Project Manager, BA, or Developer role (required)
* At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master (required)
* Proven successful experience in leading and driving complex, time critical software development projects
* Experience with software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations
* Strong experience working with DevOps dashboards and delivery metrics
* Practical, problem-solving mindset
* Ability to operate effectively in teams that are not fully agile

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
