Job Description:
The SAP ECC OTC Techno-Functional Consultant is responsible for supporting and enhancing the **Order-to-Cash (OTC)** process within SAP ECC. This role requires a strong blend of **SAP SD functional expertise** and **technical troubleshooting capability** to ensure efficient order management, delivery processing, billing, and integration with downstream financial and logistics processes. The consultant will work closely with business users, functional teams, developers, and support teams to deliver effective SAP solutions and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, understand, and document business requirements related to the **Order-to-Cash** process.
- Configure and support **SAP SD** functionalities including sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, returns, and output determination.
- Support end-to-end OTC process integration with **FI/CO, MM, LE, and WM** modules.
- Work with ABAP developers on enhancements, reports, interfaces, user exits, BADIs, and custom developments.
- Perform root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and production support for OTC-related incidents.
- Participate in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, and support documents.
- Assist in deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and drive system optimization.
- Support data flow and interface troubleshooting related to OTC transactions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- **10+ years of experience** in SAP ECC, preferably in **SD / OTC**.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end **Order-to-Cash** business processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC configuration and support.
- Working knowledge of ABAP debugging and technical issue analysis.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting development teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP integration across **FI/CO, MM, LE, and WM**.
- Exposure to interfaces such as **IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs**, and custom reports.
- Experience with forms such as **SAPscript, SmartForms, or Adobe Forms**.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
