Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our Real-Time Communication team as we evolve into a product-driven technology organization. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions for complex business challenges.

The ideal candidate is a passionate problem-solver with deep expertise in .NET technologies, strong PowerShell scripting skills, and experience working in modern, agile, and DevOps-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC
Write and optimize PowerShell scripts for automation, deployment, and system operations
Build and consume RESTful APIs and implement scalable microservices architectures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
Write efficient database queries, stored procedures, and triggers using SQL Server (T-SQL)
Participate in code reviews, testing (TDD/BDD), and performance optimization
Ensure best practices in software engineering, including version control (Git) and documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software development with a current role as a Senior Developer
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC
Proven experience with PowerShell scripting
Solid experience with SQL Server (MSSQL), T-SQL, stored procedures, and database design
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
Familiarity with TDD/BDD and mocking frameworks
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
