Basic Description
Provides administrative and operational support with an emphasis on SharePoint content management, reporting, document authoring, and data accuracy initiatives
Responsibilities
SharePoint Communities of Practice (COP) sites, ensuring accurate and organized content.
Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms within SharePoint to support tracking and operational needs.
Author high-volume correspondence in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including the creation of over 1,000 individualized letters in accordance with established templates and standards.
Perform address validation and data verification to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
Qualifications and Soft Skill Requirements
Proficiency with SharePoint and enterprise content management systems.
Experience with document/letter authoring in AEM or similar content management systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks accurately.
Effective organizational and written communication skills.
