Description
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Director of AI to lead the development and implementation of enterprise AI strategies and platforms. Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, this role will focus on building and governing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a multi-year AI strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Design and maintain scalable and interoperable enterprise AI platform architectures.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies to inform build-versus-buy decisions and strategic investments.
Oversee the deployment and integration of AI platforms, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Establish governance standards for AI systems, including privacy, bias testing, and audit controls.
Implement monitoring and observability processes to track AI system performance and compliance.
Collaborate with engineering, data, and security teams to operationalize AI capabilities effectively.
Lead organizational adoption of AI tools through training programs and change management initiatives.
Provide technical expertise to product and business teams for seamless AI integration.
Represent the company at industry events to maintain visibility and stay informed on AI advancements.
Requirements
Extensive experience in developing and implementing AI strategies and enterprise platforms.
Strong knowledge of compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management in AI contexts.
Proven ability to translate cutting-edge technologies into actionable business solutions.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in AI platforms, including Copilot, and experience with creating compliant AI agents.
Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries is highly preferred.
Expertise in business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
Background in Political Science, Criminal Justice, or related fields is a plus.
