Position Summary We are seeking a
Software Engineer to support the development, configuration, integration, and enhancement of solutions built on the Regrello platform. The Software Engineer will work closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to automate complex business processes, develop integrations, and improve workflow execution across enterprise operations.
The ideal candidate has experience in enterprise application development, APIs, workflow automation, cloud technologies, and system integrations. This role will help design and implement scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives. Regrello is used to orchestrate complex workflows across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and operational teams.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Workflow Development - Design, develop, and configure business workflows within the Regrello platform.
- Implement workflow automation solutions based on business requirements.
- Create reusable workflow components and templates.
- Support workflow testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot workflow execution issues and defects.
Software Development - Develop custom functionality to support Regrello implementations.
- Create and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
- Design and implement APIs and web services.
- Develop automation scripts and supporting applications.
- Participate in code reviews and development best practices.
Integration Development - Build and maintain integrations between Regrello and enterprise applications including:
- SAP
- Oracle
- Salesforce
- ServiceNow
- Jira
- Microsoft Dynamics
- MES Platforms
- PLM Systems
- Data Warehouses
- Develop RESTful APIs and data synchronization processes.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and data flow failures.
Requirements Analysis - Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand business requirements.
- Participate in solution design discussions.
- Translate user stories into technical designs and development tasks.
- Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
Testing & Quality Assurance - Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate workflow performance and business outcomes.
- Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Production Support - Provide production support for deployed workflows and integrations.
- Investigate and resolve system incidents.
- Monitor application performance and reliability.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem management activities.
Documentation - Create technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Maintain integration specifications and API documentation.
- Develop support procedures and knowledge articles.
- Document workflow configurations and deployment procedures.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience developing enterprise applications and integrations.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
