Full Stack Developer

Role Summary

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with strong, hands-on expertise in ReactJS to build modern, scalable web applications. This role requires someone who can take ownership of both frontend and backend development, deliver exceptional user experiences, and contribute to building intelligent, data-driven features, including AI-powered capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development using ReactJS (must-have, core requirement)
• Build scalable, maintainable web applications with a focus on performance and usability
• Develop backend services and APIs to support complex, distributed systems
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver high-impact features
• Improve application architecture, code quality, and development practices
• Work on systems that handle large-scale data and real-time interactions
• Integrate or support AI/ML-driven features, APIs, or workflows where applicable

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with deep expertise in ReactJS (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with a focus on modern frontend architecture
• Experience building backend services using technologies like Node.js, Java, Python, or Go
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, system design, and scalable architecture
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database design
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes or similar container technologies
• Experience working on large-scale or distributed systems
• Exposure to or interest in AI/ML integrations, intelligent features, or data-driven applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Exposure to LLMs, AI APIs, or automation frameworks
• Background in data-intensive platforms or analytics environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
