Summary

10+ years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst and/or Oracle Functional Consultant
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM; Projects preferred)
Hands-on experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in a complex enterprise environment
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrixed organizations with competing priorities
Some exposure to OCI, OAC, GTM, EPM, or other Oracle Cloud services strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including leading workshops and design discussions
Comfortable partnering with technical teams and reviewing solution designs for fit and feasibility
Strong documentation skills (requirements, process flows, use cases, test scenarios)
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and delivery accountability
