Infor WFM Developer

We are seeking an experienced Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Developer with strong expertise in Infor WorkBrain to support workforce management system enhancements and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with core Infor WFM modules and custom development within enterprise environments.

• 4+ years of experience as an Infor WFM Developer, with mandatory hands-on expertise in Infor WorkBrain

• Strong functional understanding of core Infor WFM modules, including:

  • Time and Attendance

  • Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization

  • Employee Availability and Shift Management

  • Labor Budgeting

  • Clocks

• Design, develop, and maintain custom interfaces and system integrations within Infor WFM

• Create, modify, and support custom reports based on business needs

• Analyze existing custom code, document enhancements, and implement improvements

• Develop and maintain custom WorkBrain code aligned with business requirements

• Support data and functionality migration from legacy systems into Infor WFM (preferred)

• Infor WorkBrain

• Infor WFM Tool
