We are looking for an Associate / Consultant / Sr. Associate Consultant that has effective communication and analytical skills enabling problem solving. In this role, you will have hands-on experience consulting for pharmaceutical manufacturers in the areas of commercial contracting and discounting, commercial and Medicaid rebate processing, government pricing and/or gross-to-net.
You will be expected to consult on projects assisting clients with:
· Contracting strategy
· Contracting and pricing operations
· Contract assessment and development
· Gross-to-net process and methodology
· Gross-to-net automation.,Market Access analytics.
Role Assignment
Applicants will be placed in an appropriate role based on experience, industry knowledge and skills.
Sr. Consultant typically have some combination of the following:
· 3-5+ years of consulting experience
· 3-5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in the areas described above
· Excel modeling experience
· Familiarity and experience with pharmaceutical financial and contract/pricing data
Consultants typically have similar skills with 1-3 years of experience. Direct pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred but not required.
Associate consultants are individuals with limited experience. This role is often used to bring college graduates into the organization and to provide them with an opportunity to gain experience.
